Even then, it may take years to see how all the dots connected into the big picture, the picture none of us knew we were drawing. The way this all started, it seems like it was always meant to be a part of something larger, something (dare I say it?) greater. The thing was, even if we might have thought this, none of us had any idea what that something larger might be. We still don’t, but now the difference is that we at least know that we don’t know it. And if we ever find out, will we really be any better for it?
