A marketing idea I hadn’t seen before

Dri­ving through the town of Ghent, Min­neso­ta (pop­u­la­tion 315) today, I spot­ted a large sign on one of the street cor­ners. It was adver­tis­ing a “Paint and Boot Sale.”

I am still scratch­ing my head about that.
